IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The North Carolina Department of Revenue will no longer provide paper forms to public libraries for us to have available for our customers.
You may use a library computer to print the state (or federal) forms you need at our normal printing charge of .15¢ per single-sided page. Library staff members are available to assist you with printing (and can print forms for you @ the circulation desk as needed) but CANNOT OFFER TAX ADVICE, including advice on which form(s) you should use.
You may also use the NCDOR website www.dor.state.nc.us or call 1-877-252-3052 to have the forms you need mailed to your home at no charge.
